When Mary anointed the feet of Jesus in John 12:3-7, she was worshiping the Lord. She anointed the feet of Jesus with an expensive ointment and she dried his feet with her hair. This show of humility and adoration lets us know there is no price tag on our love for God. When we love God…not only are we willing to share our money with God; we are also willing to stake our reputation on God!

When we love God we are not concerned when other people think we are strange. Love for God causes pride to diminish as humility comes forward. Let us worship God with our whole heart!
