The womb is designed for birth

Have you ever seen a woman carry a baby for 18 months? If that ever occurred the mother and child could not survive. That is because the womb is designed to carry and nurture a baby until the baby is ready to live on its own—independent of the mother’s bodily organs.

Of course we know parents continue to love and nurture the child after he or she is forced from the womb. Therein is an interesting lesson for our lives. When a child is born into the world, our job is to love them and guide them into adulthood. Like the baby who is forced from the womb—Gods plan is for parents to force their offspring to live on their own without requiring the mommy and daddy’s control and provision. If we can impart the lessons of life to our children, no negative influence can hold the next generation hostage in rebellion to the plan of God.
