Choose Love

The month of February is here! Black History month and Valentine’s Day share the month of February. I find that interesting because Black history has reflected a love-hate relationship within Black people and among Black people for centuries. Then it occurred to me to count it not strange because a love-hate relationship is a part of the human condition.(Romans 7:15)

In this month when we celebrate love …let’s focus on a Biblical text about Love. I John 4:8 shares with us the truth of God . . . God is love. Everything good comes from the Lord. If love is missing in your life – ask God to fill your heart with love. In other words, ask God to come into your life. Allow God to lead with his Word of truth and your life will never be the same.

Choose love! Love is sustaining, enduring, and exciting! Love never disappears in the earth realm because it is the essence of God!
