9 A large crowd of Jews learned that He was there [at Bethany]; and they came, not only because of Jesus, but also to see Lazarus, whom He had raised from the dead. John 12:9 Amplified Bible (AMP)
After Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead, many people were convinced of his supernatural powers. As stated in John 12:9, “large crowds came to see Jesus and Lazarus.” Lazarus was evidence of a miracle!
When you and I share an account of a miracle, people may believe or not. However, when someone else is there to witness a miracle – they have no choice but to believe! In fact, you won’t need to ask them to tell somebody – the news will spread faster than you can imagine.
The good news is, God is still working miracles every day. When you experience a miracle – your faith is increased. A miraculous event encourages you to believe God for even bigger miracles. Remember, God is not asking any of us to perform a miracle –He is only asking you to believe He can work a miracle for you!
